This policy explains what information Braoma ("we," "us") collects through braoma.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Each Braoma app, such as SafeMigo, has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
- Launch updates. If you sign up for launch news, we collect your email address.
- Product requests. If you send a product request, we collect your name, email address and the message you write.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
- Basic technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider receives standard information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use it only to run and protect the site, including limiting spam on our forms.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools on this website. All fonts and code are served from our own server, so no other company is contacted when you load the site.
How we use it
- To send you launch news you asked for.
- To read and respond to product requests and messages.
- To keep the website working, secure and free of spam.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf and only for the purposes above:
- Hostinger hosts this website and delivers our email.
- Brevo will manage our launch-updates mailing list once it is connected. Until then, sign-ups are stored privately on our hosting account.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of any person.
How long we keep it
We keep launch-list emails until you unsubscribe, and product requests and messages for as long as needed to respond and follow up, generally no more than two years unless we start working together.
Your choices and rights
- Every launch email has an unsubscribe link.
- You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing braomaassist@gmail.com. We'll respond within 45 days.
Depending on where you live, such as California, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. We honor those requests the same way.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use secure connections (HTTPS) and keep stored form data out of public view. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as passwords or financial details through our forms.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the website.
